SABA Triple C, the Delivery System
The SABA Triple C Delivery System allows totes to be placed on the plant floor, increasing safety and ease of tote replacement. This also allows one tote to feed multiple stations, dramatically reducing the number of totes on hand - resulting in decreased inventory costs.
The pressurized system is designed to deliver a constant adhesive flow rate. This means your operators will apply a predictable amount of adhesive regardless of the amount of adhesive in the tote. A simple push of a button is enough to refill the pressure vessel automatically, ensuring uninterrupted production.
